Preseason Sales Program — Terms & Conditions

Program Terms

  • Orders must be placed by November 30, 2026 and scheduled for delivery in 2027.
  • Invoice is generated at the time of scheduled delivery.
  • Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Shipping is added at the time of invoice/delivery.
  • Maximum of three delivery dates are allowed.

Preseason Program Levels

Entry Level — 2.0% Margin Improvement

  • Can purchase any combination of products.
  • Minimum Purchase: $500.00
  • Can be scheduled for multiple deliveries in 2027.
  • New Dealer Gross Margin: 52%
Mid-Level — 5% Margin Improvement

  • Can purchase any combination of products.
  • Minimum Purchase: $800.00
  • Can be scheduled for multiple deliveries in 2027.
  • New Dealer Gross Margin: 55%
Max Program — 10% Margin Improvement

  • Can purchase any combination of products.
  • Minimum Purchase: $1,200.00
  • Can be scheduled for multiple deliveries in 2027.
  • New Dealer Gross Margin: 60%

FREE SHIPPING OFFER

  • Order at least one case (MOQ) of every HND product and receive free shipping on all scheduled preseason orders.
  • This does not include additional ASAP orders placed in 2027, unless the individual order contains at least one case of each product.
  • Only one version of each of the three models of Holders is required. Dealers do not need to purchase both cardboard backers and bagged versions.

All product quantities and shipment allocations are entered as whole CASE quantities.
