Liquid Floatant

Our award-winning Liquid Floatant was designed with special and unique materials and is the
perfect floatant for those fly fishers that prefer to dip their fly into a container. This method of
application is simple, easy, and fast and adds buoyancy to the fly while also covering the fly with a barrier that keeps moisture out. It works well on flies tied with all types of materials (including CDC) and is especially effective for large stimulators and hoppers tied with foam application. The Liquid Floatant is designed for streamside use. Just dip and false cast to remove the excess. It contains no solvents, is 100% solids, and is environmentally friendly.

The floatant is delivered in a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) bottle with a silicone seal in the cap. This packaging assures that the container will not leak all over your vest and cause a mess. The wide opening allows even your largest bugs to be dropped into the container. A full 67 grams of pure floatant is provided in a 2 oz. container, instead of the 1.0 oz. (about 20 grams) provided by most of our competitors.

Liquid Spray Floatant

Our Liquid Spray Floatant is made of the same special and unique materials as our award-winning Liquid Floatant, but in a convenient spray bottle. This method of application is simple, easy, and fast and adds buoyancy to the fly while also covering the treated areas of the fly with a barrier that keeps moisture out. It works well on flies tied in all types of materials (including CDC). It contains no solvents, is 100% solids, and is environmentally friendly. Just hold the fly by the hook, about an inch away from the spray nozzle, and squeeze.

The floatant is delivered in a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) bottle with spray cap, making it easy and convenient to apply the floatant. A full 30 grams of pure desiccant and floatant is provided in a 1.5 oz. container.

Gel Floatant

Our Gel Floatant was designed with special and unique materials and is specifically for those fly fishers that prefer to dress their flies with their fingers or those who prefer to dress certain areas of their flies. The Gel Floatant adds buoyancy to the fly while also covering the treated areas of the fly with a barrier that keeps moisture out. It works well on all flies, including those tied with CDC materials. It is temperature stable, contains no solvents, is 100% solids, and is environmentally friendly.

The floatant is delivered in a Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) bottle. This packaging allows for the maximum control of the desired amount of floatant to be applied. The cap is attached to the container to allow the fly fisher minimum distraction when applying floatants. A full 34 grams of pure floatant is provided in a 1 oz. container, instead of a ½ oz. (about 15 grams) provided by most of our competitors.

Paste Floatant

Our Paste Floatant is designed to waterproof and improve the buoyancy of leaders and tippets and provides a continuous water barrier from the dry fly to the fly line. The thicker viscosity of the Paste Floatant allows us to use the most advanced hydrophobic (water-hating) materials in the world, creating the most effective floatant product on the market today. Using the Paste on your tippet and leader will improve mending your line, but its unique viscosity makes this a multi-use product and also permits use on dry flies and indicator yarn as well. Simply squeeze the desired amount between your fingers or on to a cloth, and apply to the tippet, leader, or wherever else you want to use it.

Like all High N Dry Products, the Paste Floatant is 100% environmentally friendly, does not contain harmful Volatile Organic Compounds, and is not affected by temperature extremes. It comes in an easy-to-use 1oz. squeezable bottle, with a snap cap and 20 grams of product.

Powdered Floatant with Applicator Brush

The Powdered Floatant with Applicator Brush delivers a very fine and even coating of water repelling particles to the dry fly. The coating is so fine it is almost invisible! The floatant also helps trap air and improve buoyancy so it is useful for both dry flies and nymphs. Our advanced formula utilizes nanoparticle technology in conjunction with hydrophobic (water hating) chemistry for unrivaled waterproofing performance. This product is intended to be used in conjunction with our Gel or Liquid Floatant products to maximize the added buoyancy of the powder with the waterproofing of the Gel or Liquid.

Our powder is formulated not to clump up and overload the applicator brush with excess floatant, significantly reducing waste. The dosage to the applicator brush tip is precise. Also, you should have no worries with applying powder to your dry fly or nymph on windy days! It is not flammable and contains no solvents, is 100% solids, and is environmentally friendly. The floatant is contained in a sturdy 1 oz. HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottle with a special applicator brush that allows pinpoint application of the floatant. A full 1.8 grams of pure floatant is provided.

Powdered Floatant & Desiccant

Our Powdered Floatant & Desiccant was designed with special and unique materials and complements our other floatant products. Eventually your flies will become waterlogged, or, with luck, fish-slimed and need to be revived. This product is terrific for those fly fishers thatneed to extend the life of their fly prior to changing it out for a new one. It’s easy, just open the lid, insert the fly (still attached to the tippet), close the lid and give it several shakes. It contains no solvents, is 100% solids, and is environmentally friendly.

The floatant and desiccant is delivered in a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) bottle with a Flip Top Cap allowing the fly fisher minimum distraction when applying. The wide opening allows even the largest bugs to be dropped into the container. All desiccants have a shelf life; therefore, we also include a pressure sealed lid to prevent moisture from being absorbed into the desiccant prior to purchase. Additionally, we have included orange indicator crystals. These crystals will turn green when the desiccant component has absorbed its maximum moisture and will no longer dry your flies. A full 30 grams of pure desiccant and floatant is provided in a 1 oz. container.

Fly Line Dressing

Our Fly Line Dressing cleans your fly line and improves and restores the slickness of new or used fly lines. It also reduces friction and improves glide through any sized guide with ease and provides the fly-fisher with a much more accurate cast. Of course, since it’s a High N Dry product, it is 100% environmentally friendly (the only one on the market) and contains no harmful Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). It is also specifically designed to be used streamside as needed and is not affected by temperature extremes. It comes in a 1oz. Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) squeeze bottle, with 30 grams of product.

LIQUID FLOATANT DROPS

This product is our award-winning Liquid Floatant in a smaller and convenient dropper bottle. This method of application is simple, easy, and allows the fly fisher to be a bit more selective on which areas of the fly he or she wishes to apply the floatant. It works well on flies tied with all types ofmaterials (including CDC). It contains no organic solvents, is 100% solids, and is environmentally friendly.

The floatant is delivered in a Low-Density Polyethylene squeezable dropper bottle with a screw oncap. This packa ging assures that the container will not leak all over your vest and cause a mess. Theconvenient 15 mL bottle holds 15 grams/0.5 oz of pure floatant and allows even the most minimalistic fly fisher the option to carry it anywhere.

FLOATANT PRETREATMENT

Pretreating your fly with our Floatant Pretreatment liquid allows you to 1) treat several flies at once at home after tying and 2) worry less about treating your fly when you get to the water. Our Floatant Pretreatment was designed to be as effective as our other floatant products, but with special and unique materials to allow it to dry on the surface of the fly as well as soak into the fly fibers. The large opening in the bottle allows the fly fisher to soak their fly and allows the fly to be completely covered with waterproof and buoyant barrier. Once submerged, you can remove the fly and set it aside to dry overnight before putting the prepared fly in your fly box. It works well on flies tied with all types of materials (including CDC). It contains no organic solvents, is odorless, and is environmentally friendly.

The Floatant Pretreatment is delivered in a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) bottle with a screw on cap. This packaging assures that you won’t tip a closed bottle and create a mess on your tying desk, but keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use to avoid evaporation. We include 50 grams of floatant in a 2 oz. container, so you can treat a lot of flies before you’ll need to reload.
